From DIY to Done Right: A Local Business in Need of Visibility

Our client, a professional home watch service located in Lake of the Ozarks, came to us struggling with a web presence that failed to reflect the quality and credentials of his business. His original DIY website, while functional, focused too heavily on the business owner and included long blocks of text that were difficult to scan - missing key elements of user-centered design and effective messaging. Most critically, the site was invisible in search results, failing to rank in the top 5 pages for important local terms like "home watch service Lake of the Ozarks", directly impacting leads and revenue.

Our mission: redesign the website using a StoryBrand-inspired approach, improve local SEO, and simplify the conversion process with intuitive contact and quote request options.
